The client is a hotel operator based in Germany, managing a mid-sized hotel with more than 70 guest rooms, along with public areas such as the lobby, corridors, and shared spaces.
To enhance guest experience and brand recognition, the client planned to introduce a professional scenting solution that could deliver consistent fragrance performance across multiple areas of the hotel.

In the German market, locally sourced diffuser fragrance oils were priced relatively high, making long-term usage costly for a hotel environment that requires continuous scent diffusion.

With extensive experience in hotel and commercial space fragrance applications, Manrofun proposed a cost-effective diffuser fragrance solution specifically designed for continuous operation in commercial environments.
Rather than simply supplying fragrance oils, we focused on understanding the hotel’s usage scenario, diffuser system requirements, and long-term operating needs.
Our solution emphasized balanced diffusion, scent consistency, and high cost-performance, helping the client significantly reduce procurement costs compared to local sourcing.
Sample Selection & Optimization
To support informed decision-making, we prepared and shipped 20 best-selling diffuser fragrance samples commonly used in hotels and commercial spaces. These included fresh, woody, and soft oriental profiles suitable for hospitality environments.
After on-site testing, the client selected 10 fragrances that best matched the hotel’s atmosphere and branding needs.
An initial order of 10 kg per fragrance was placed, allowing the client to apply different scents across various hotel areas.
Packaging & Logistics
For ease of storage and operational flexibility, the client chose 5 kg standard packaging, which is widely used for diffuser fragrance applications.
Following mutual agreement, shipment was arranged via FedEx international logistics.
As the client had their own customs clearance capability, the import process was smooth and efficient.
Project Outcome
Production was completed within 3 working days, and the shipment arrived in Germany after approximately 7 days of transit.
The client successfully received the goods and implemented the fragrances into their hotel scenting system without delay.
