A private label order can involve separate thresholds for fragrance compound, liquid preparation, filling, bottles, closures, labels, cartons, and production scheduling. New buyers need to understand how these requirements interact before choosing a quantity. An MOQ is the smallest commercially and operationally workable production commitment under a defined set of specifications. It allows a supplier to allocate materials, equipment, labor, testing, documentation, and line time without creating disproportionate waste or setup costs.
